Position: HR Generalist for Manufacturing Facility
Become a key HR presence at our manufacturing facility as a Generalist focused on employee relations and engagement. This role combines HR administration with hands-on floor involvement to support our dynamic team.

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist with a passion for interacting with people on the production floor. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing trustworthy guidance to employees and supervisors. Success will come from your ability to balance HR administration with proactive employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as trusted advisor for employee relations on the floor

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain visible presence to address operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations

• Administer HR records and oversee timekeeping processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) highly desirable

• Deep understanding of labor laws and safety regulations

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
