Manufacturing HR Generalist

Position: Manufacturing HR Generalist Needed!
Join Randstad Canada as a dedicated HR Generalist for our manufacturing facility. Serve as a key HR point for employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and safety.

In this role, you will engage directly with our hourly workforce and plant supervisors, ensuring every employee's voice is heard. You will manage recruitment processes and provide on-the-ground support to foster a stable and compliant workplace. Candidates must have over three years of progressive HR experience in an industrial setting to succeed in this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide employee relations support and conflict resolution

• Drive talent acquisition and onboarding processes

• Ensure a visible presence on the manufacturing floor

• Uphold safety compliance and regulatory standards

• Track and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent

• 3+ years HR Generalist experience required

• Relevant HR certification preferred

• Knowledge of labor laws and safety standards

• proficiency in HRIS and MS Office skills
