Position: Recruitment and Compensation Supervisor
Lead recruitment efforts with the County of Wellington as a Supervisor of Recruitment and Compensation in Guelph. Oversee HR operations, manage a team, and ensure effective compensation practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• HRPA designation required

• Minimum five years HR experience in municipal settings

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation administration
