In this full-time position, you will manage recruitment for residential operations, streamline onboarding processes, and ensure payroll accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to support employees and managers in various HR functions, contributing to our goal of exceptional service and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes using an ATS
• Coordinate onboarding and employment contracts for new hires
• Process payroll updates accurately and timely
• Support employee relations and performance management
• Maintain HRIS with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll laws
• One year related HR experience or equivalent education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• CHRP designation or pursuit considered an asset
