Human Resources Administrator at OVC

Join the Ontario Veterinary College as a Human Resources Administrator, supporting efficient HR processes in a temporary full-time capacity. Your customer service skills will help enhance HR services for about 1,000 employees.

In this critical role with Integrated College Services, you'll manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, facilitating recruitment, onboarding, record management, and payroll operations. Expect to collaborate closely with managers in a dynamic setting, crafting solutions that drive continuous improvement while navigating complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end HR support for transactions

• Deliver exceptional service to staff and managers

• Manage HR documentation and correspondence

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities

• Support payroll operations and data tracking

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience required

• Experience in a multi-unionized organization a plus

• Strong analytical and organizational skills needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAP Success Factors
