Position: Manager, Labour Relations at St. Joseph's Health
Lead employee and labour relations strategies eph's Health System in a hybrid model. This role demands expertise in collective agreements, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.

As a Manager in Employee & Labour Relations, you will develop partnerships with union representatives and operational leaders while providing strategic guidance across long-term care and post-acute care environments. Your deep understanding of employment law will enable defensible decision-making that positively impacts patient care and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on collective agreement interpretation and employment law

• Build collaborative relationships with union partners

• Manage grievances and workplace investigations

• Prepare documentation for discipline and performance plans

• Support organizational change and workforce planning

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or HR Management

• Minimum 10 years in HR, focusing on labour relations

• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation

• Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings

• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
