Employee & Labour Relations Manager Role

Become the strategic advisor for employee and labour relations eph's Health System with a hybrid working arrangement. Your skills in grievance management and HR best practices will drive positive change.

In this full-time position, you will oversee employee relations processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and collective agreements within long-term care and post-acute settings. You’ll collaborate with leaders and unions to resolve complex issues while contributing to workforce planning and organizational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into workplace complaints

• Conduct grievance management and conflict resolution

• Prepare and present bargaining proposals

• Guide leaders on performance and conduct issues

• Implement HR programs aligned with organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field

• Ten years of HR experience in unionized environments

• In-depth knowledge of labour relations functions

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare settings

• Preferred CHRP/CHRL designation
