Key Responsibilities:
• Guide projects from feasibility through completion
• Establish and maintain budget, schedule, and risks
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct project meetings and manage documentation
• Control construction processes and manage RFIs
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Proven client-side project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• PMP designation beneficial
