Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you will lead the strategic planning initiatives and performance management approaches that support OCAS’s mission. Your expertise will inform decision-making and encourage a commitment to service excellence across teams. Achieving organizational objectives while fostering innovation is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead OCAS’s strategic and corporate planning efforts
• Align operational activities with strategic goals
• Promote service excellence and customer experience
• Ensure effective progress monitoring and reporting
• Provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 7 years in senior leadership roles
• 5+ years within Ontario colleges
• Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
