As a leader within Lens Crafters, your primary mission is to ensure unsurpassed customer service and effective team performance. You will analyze key performance indicators to implement actionable strategies for improvement, while nurturing a high-performing team through training and engagement. Collaborating with the Doctor of Optometry, you will enhance patient experiences and streamline store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
• Provide training and coaching for team performance
• Analyze indicators to enhance store operations
• Recruit engaged staff for optimal store function
• Collaborate with optometrists to improve customer experiences
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of management experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail technology
