CIMA+ is seeking a Natural Environment Team Lead to contribute to the Earth and Environment team’s commitment to sustainable practices. You will provide senior technical guidance for ecological studies and environmental impact evaluations. Managing a multidisciplinary team, your oversight will enhance project quality while adhering to regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior technical review on ecological studies
• Oversee environmental authorizations and permits
• Participate in proposal development and strategic planning
• Manage team logistics, professional development, and schedules
• Conduct site visits ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in environmental consulting
• Degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or equivalent
• Strong expertise in project and personnel management
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and policies
• Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
