Reporting to the President and CEO, you will ensure that all operations align with the strategic plan while driving enhancements in service delivery. Using your experience, you will support long-term sustainability in education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction for strategic organizational change
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and priorities
• Oversee planning processes and execution at all levels
• Promote service excellence in customer interactions
• Monitor organizational performance and improvements
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in business or related discipline
• Over 7 years of senior leadership experience
• Proven experience in Ontario colleges
• Strong analytical skills for performance insights
• Demonstrated success in service improvement initiatives
