Key Responsibilities:

• Hold P&L accountability for provincial operations

• Create a workplace that fosters integrity and collaboration

• Implement structured mentoring for knowledge transfer

• Maintain operational hygiene requirements throughout projects

• Act as a primary contact for key industrial clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

• P.Eng. designation or eligibility is a significant asset

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing

• Deep understanding of Health & Safety standards in Ontario

• Proven senior leadership experience in consulting environments
