Auto Canada seeks a Variable Operations Development Manager in Southwestern Ontario to lead dealership performance optimization with travel obligations. Your expertise in sales processes and BDC operations will be essential for driving profitability.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this role requires evaluating dealership practices while implementing strategies for sales performance enhancement. With your strong automotive retail background, you will collaborate with dealership leadership teams, offer coaching, and analyze sales data to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to influence change positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations of dealership operations for profit growth
• Provide regular coaching to dealership leadership
• Analyze lead metrics to identify improvement areas
• Develop actionable plans for enhanced sales performance
• Build effective reporting dashboards for management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in automotive retail or operations
• Proven success in leading sales or BDC teams
• In-depth understanding of automotive sales cycles and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
• Ability to travel extensively across Southwestern Ontario
