Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed project plans

• Lead cross-departmental meetings and drive collaboration

• Identify challenges and formulate risk mitigation strategies

• Document key requirements and decision logs

• Develop process flows to guide project execution

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Program/Project Management

• Consulting experience from a major firm preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Understanding of E2E compensation processes
