We are looking for a seasoned Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch functionality. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coach branch employees effectively
• Manage daily operations, inventory, and warehousing
• Ensure a safe, high-performing work environment
• Analyze branch performance and profitability metrics
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10+ years of management experience in branch operations
• Proven record of driving team performance
• Strong skills in finance and problem-solving
• Experience in Lean Operations or Six Sigma preferred
• Bilingual - fluent in English and French required
