Position: Skyline Project Manager Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts while ensuring projects remain on budget and are delivered successfully. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage various stakeholders will play a crucial role in maintaining Skyline's commitment to quality service and stakeholder satisfaction, laying the groundwork for vibrant communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee CAPEX and construction ensuring budget compliance

• Serve as the main liaison for project updates and reports

• Review spending, manage resources, and address issues

• Facilitate coordination among tradespeople during projects

• Conduct quantity surveys and deficiency reviews regularly

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management

• Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and problem-solving

• Competence in reading blueprints and adherence to regulations

• Understanding of local policies and industry standards

• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for travel
