As the Principal Proposal Manager, you will manage high-stakes proposals for L3

Harris WESCAM’s industry-leading electro-optical systems. Leading cross-functional teams, you will ensure comprehensive responses to customer requirements while enhancing the proposal management process.

Your role includes providing training that fosters best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise major proposals, ensuring strategic alignment

• Analyze customer evaluation criteria for responsive proposals

• Organize bid approval and color team review meetings

• Develop proposal timelines and team responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years in proposal management or related fields

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and proposal software

• Proven skills in writing impactful proposals

• Familiarity with DoD/DND processes

• Experience with complex aerospace sales support
