Senior Project Manager for University Projects

This temporary full-time position, active from July 2026 to July 2030, falls within the Campus Planning, Design and Development division. You will handle complex, high-risk projects that necessitate a strategic approach, guiding teams through project cycles and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage extensive portfolio of projects with over $75M value
• Ensure alignment with technical and operational requirements
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation efficiently
• Guide teams through design, construction, and close-out phases
• Coordinate with various stakeholder groups for successful project completion
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience in project management
• College degree or university qualification in related field
• License as an architect or engineer preferred
