Lead dealership success with Auto Canada as a Senior Variable Operations Development Manager in Southwestern Ontario. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance, enhancing BDC operations, and analyzing metrics to drive results.
Your main focus will be partnering with dealership teams and the Regional Vice President to identify improvements in lead management and sales practices. With your extensive automotive experience, you’ll coach sales leaders, provide performance analysis, and develop strategic recommendations to elevate dealership profitability. Frequent travel to various locations will reinforce your influence and enable change across dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to boost dealership performance
• Evaluate and refine lead management processes
• Conduct dealership visits for coaching and support
• Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
• Implement customer engagement initiatives and tools
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive retail management
• Strong familiarity with CRM and lead management systems
• Proven track record of enhancing sales metrics
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
