Position: Indigo Store Experience Leader Position
Join Indigo as a Customer Experience Leader (CEL) and enhance customer interactions in a supportive, high-performance atmosphere. Your leadership will empower a diverse team to achieve outstanding results.

You will work closely with the Store Leadership Team, ensuring exemplary customer service and operational excellence while promoting a collaborative culture. You'll be responsible for overseeing store operations, guiding team performance, and maintaining safety protocols to achieve business goals in terms of profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives that develop a customer-focused team culture

• Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing

• Ensure the team is informed about products and promotions

• Prioritize and execute work plans in line with store goals

• Manage health and safety, fostering trust and well-being

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in operations, merchandising, or customer service

• Experience leading teams with a commitment to performance

• Ability to think systemically for better decision-making

• Capable of lifting items up to 40 pounds

• Minimum 25 hours per week availability, including weekends
