Guelph Photography Studio Operations Manager

In this role, you will manage both field and studio operations while focusing on customer engagement and revenue growth. You'll lead the training of photographers, coordinate scheduling, and implement process improvements to boost studio efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, your leadership will extend to building strong relationships with clients and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily studio operations and performance targets
• Train field staff to improve service quality and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage studio flow
• Encourage participation in photography programs
• Ensure high customer service standards are met
Requirements:
• Positive experience in Photography education is an asset
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to lift equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
