Lead Project Manager for ShareWord Global

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for defining project scope and requirements while ensuring quality control and clear communication with stakeholders. You will facilitate decision-making, document project processes, and lead strategic initiatives. Engage directly with the VP of Operations and implement innovative processes to drive improvement organization-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning and decision-making for key initiatives

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on objectives

• Develop and maintain all project documentation and reports

• Lead process improvement initiatives across divisions

• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of project management experience

• Strong command of English, grammar, and spelling

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Passionate about sharing the gospel through innovative resources

• Experience in non-profit or church settings is an asset
