Position: Operations Supervisor for Dispatch and Scheduling
Drive operations as the Dispatch Supervisor in our fast-paced environment. Oversee labor planning, material readiness, and communication for efficient field crew assignments.

In this critical role, you will ensure that project requirements are met through precise scheduling and dispatching of field crews. You'll be responsible for attendance tracking, coordinating materials, and maintaining a well-organized shop space. Work closely with various teams to ensure the timely response to urgent operational needs and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage daily crew assignments

• Communicate attendance and schedule changes promptly

• Organize materials and oversee shipping and receiving

• Monitor PPE availability and inventory control

• Coordinate tools and equipment repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dispatch or warehouse operations

• Familiarity with workforce scheduling software

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to handle urgent situations with a sense of urgency

• Proven track record of managing diverse priorities

Support field operations and maintain readiness in a leadership capacity as our Dispatch and Shop Supervisor.
