In this full-time two-year renewable contract, your leadership will shape the Library's operational strategies and engage directly with the diverse community. You’ll be responsible for expense management, volunteer oversight, communications, and event support, all while representing the organization to various stakeholders.
Your role is crucial in advancing the Library's mission of resource sharing and community service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and management of the Tool Library
• Serve as primary community liaison for partnerships
• Oversee volunteer training and management initiatives
• Lead financial planning and annual reporting tasks
• Create and manage marketing communications effectively
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in volunteer-driven and non-profit settings
• Competence with budgeting and financial oversight
• Familiarity with relevant software tools
• Interest in promoting an inclusive community
Contribute to the Guelph Tool Library by enhancing operational efficiency and community outreach.
