Position: Youth Development Coordinator Role
Assume a pivotal role at Guelph Citadel as a Youth Development Coordinator focusing on summer programming for children and youth. Engage communities and foster valuable relationships through activities.

This temporary position requires you to assist with the coordination of family programs, volunteer management, and community outreach events. You'll gain hands-on experience while supporting the Director of Youth/Children’s Ministries in administrative tasks, curriculum delivery, and volunteer training. Join our mission to empower the youth of Guelph through effective programming and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating family-focused youth events

• Engage with local marginalized communities effectively

• Manage volunteer recruitment and training processes

• Participate in community programming and events

• Maintain comprehensive records and attendance data

Requirements:

• Aged between 15 to 30 at start time

• Completion of secondary education

• Background in youth programming highly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license required
