Youth Programs Coordinator Citadel

Drive change in youth programming as the Youth Programs Coordinator at Guelph Citadel. Lead community engagement initiatives and support volunteer efforts for impactful events.

This temporary full-time position entails developing and executing children and youth programs while enhancing volunteer participation. You’ll manage communications and maintain community outreach through social media platforms. This role requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director on family events

• Recruit and prepare volunteers for programming

• Engage with diverse communities for youth initiatives

• Create and distribute educational curriculum packages

• Monitor social media presence and attendance records

Requirements:

• Applicants must be ages 15-30;
Canadian citizens only

• Secondary school completion required

• Background in youth programming preferred

• Strong communication abilities

• Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license
