Position: Parkview Church Children’s Pastor Role
Shape the future as the Children’s Pastor at Parkview Church, overseeing ministry for ages 0-11. Engage over 50 volunteers to create impactful spiritual growth experiences for children.
As the Children’s Pastor, you are crucial in driving the mission of Parkview's Kids Ministry. This role combines leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support a thriving team of volunteers. You will implement distinctive approaches to help children experience God through worship and study, fostering an environment of discipleship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Parkview Kids Ministry programs

• Coordinate volunteer training and support initiatives

• Ensure adherence to safety and protection policies

• Encourage innovative worship encounters for kids

• Cultivate a culture of evangelism and discipleship
Requirements:

• Desired theological education from PAOC accredited colleges

• Proven experience in children's ministry and team leadership

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities

• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
