Sensational Elora is on the lookout for new Board members to strengthen their efforts in community engagement and event management. Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing, bookkeeping, or grant writing, and a passion for addressing local food insecurity issues. This volunteer position allows you to have a direct impact through strategic governance and community-centered events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the organization’s long-term vision with strategic leadership

• Actively participate in monthly Board meetings

• Promote Sensational Elora’s mission within the community

• Aid in fundraising and community partnership initiatives

• Help plan and deliver engaging community events

Requirements:

• Dedicated to community service and food security initiatives

• Experience in marketing, bookkeeping, or event management beneficial

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strategic thinker with technological skills required

• Previous Board service is a plus but not mandatory
