University Development Manager

As part of the Alumni Affairs and Development team, you will be responsible for securing donations ranging from $25,000 to $500,000. You will work closely with the Senior Development Manager, engaging various stakeholders such as alumni, corporations, and friends of the university.
Your role is crucial in supporting strong philanthropic ties and enhancing funding opportunities while representing the university's values of respect and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with donors through the fundraising cycle
• Manage a portfolio of 80-100 major gift prospects
• Support senior administration with tailored materials
• Collaborate with campus partners on fundraising needs
• Deliver tailored proposals to potential donors
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree with two years of related experience
• CFRE designation is preferred but not essential
• Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven teamwork in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM technologies
