This position involves utilizing your Chef Training or Culinary Management experience to provide meals that align with our residents' health needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare balanced meals per residents' dietary requirements
• Maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Promote positive interactions with residents during dining
• Lift and manage kitchen supplies up to 35lbs
• Innovate menus to enhance residents' dining experience
Requirements:
• Culinary Management Diploma essential
• Hold a current food safety certification
• Capable of lifting up to 35lbs
• Caring disposition toward residents and staff members
• Knowledge of therapeutic diet principles would be advantageous
