This full-time, hybrid role targets candidates with a minimum of five years in B2B commercial sales. You will manage projects focused on commercial and industrial doors, loading dock systems, and maintenance contracts. Building strong relationships while analyzing bids and coordinating with internal teams is crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and develop a regional sales territory
• Drive project sales for door systems and loading docks
• Prepare proposals and manage project-based bids
• Analyze project specifications for accurate quoting
• Conduct on-site evaluations for client needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of commercial B2B sales experience
• Proven project-based sales and tender management
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and bondable status
