Elevate dealership performance as a Variable Operations Development Manager with Auto Canada in Southwestern Ontario. Focus on lead management, BDC effectiveness, and sales optimization to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales processes and BDC operations for efficiency

• Evaluate lead response times and sales metrics
• Develop actionable plans to improve customer satisfaction
• Support CRM and sales tool implementation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in automotive retail leadership
• Experience with CRM systems like Vin Solutions and Salesforce
• Advanced analytical skills for reporting and recommendations
• Proven success in driving sales performance and efficiency
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
Drive improvements in lead conversion and sales effectiveness while collaborating with dealership teams in Southwestern Ontario.
