In this Business Development Manager position, you will utilize over 10 years of sales experience to drive new business opportunities and sales growth. You will be responsible for promoting Melitron’s exceptional metal fabrication and enclosure solutions across energy, security, and IT sectors, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
• Develop prompt responses to RFQs and proposals
• Network with industry contacts to secure new business
• Cultivate strong client relationships for ongoing success
• Track sales forecasts and report monthly to management
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of relevant manufacturing sales experience
• Successful track record with SMEs and large clients
• Preferred background in metal manufacturing
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
