In this role, you will report directly to the President and lead initiatives in identifying new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry. Your ability to effectively communicate and negotiate will be essential as you participate in sales pitches, develop proposals, and connect with potential clients. A results-driven mindset and a passion for business strategy will set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales from lead generation to closing deals
• Identify and prospect pharmaceutical companies
• Foster relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with teams to create tailored client solutions
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing;
Master's preferred
• 5+ years in business development with $2M+ revenue
• Deep understanding of US pharmaceutical standards
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools
