You will manage projects focused on commercial and industrial doors, loading dock systems, and maintenance contracts. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop a regional sales territory

• Drive project sales for door systems and loading docks

• Prepare proposals and manage project-based bids

• Analyze project specifications for accurate quoting

• Conduct on-site evaluations for client needs
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial B2B sales experience

• Proven project-based sales and tender management

• Strong understanding of construction processes

• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and bondable status
