What You’ll Do
Support outside sales and key accounts with quotes, order entry, and follow‑ups
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Process and track orders from quote to shipment
Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics to meet customer timelines
Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in the ERP system
Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Resolve order issues and ensure a strong customer experience
