Be a key player at JAMP Pharma as the Sales Manager in Ontario. Lead a talented sales team to drive growth and establish robust client connections in the pharmaceutical sector.
This role requires strategic oversight of sales operations, working closely with the Sales Director to meet growth goals. You'll motivate your team, identify high-value products, and collaborate with various departments to optimize your sales strategies across Ontario's market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and inspire a dedicated sales team throughout Ontario
• Pinpoint valuable business opportunities in target markets
• Formulate and execute regional plans to amplify sales
• Deliver detailed sales reports and market insights
• Forge strong links with decision-makers and corporate partners
Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of the generics market in Canada
• Experience in strategic development and negotiation
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
• Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern Canada
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
