Pfaff Subaru Guelph is looking for a motivated automotive sales representative to join our team and help customers find their dream cars.

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

• 1‑3 years experience in a similar automotive sales role (luxury vehicle sales experience preferred).
• Valid OMVIC license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

• Competitive compensation, $60,000‑$110,000+ based on performance.
