As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, you will be integral in building Guelph Hyundai’s used vehicle inventory. This full-time, onsite position involves direct engagement with potential vehicle sellers, performing appraisals, and negotiating purchases. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for cars and a solid background in sales, driving them to succeed in this dynamic and rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source pre-owned vehicles from various platforms

• Assess vehicle condition and determine purchase prices

• Cold call leads and engage with potential sellers

• Schedule and conduct appraisals in-person

• Deliver professional customer experiences throughout the process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles

• Experience in vehicle acquisition or sales preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Valid OMVIC license needed

• Must be flexible with work hours
