About the Role The Sales Coordinator and Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth order processing.

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team and will communicate daily with customers around the world.

Your responsibilities include entering and processing orders, answering inquiries, and helping customers with technical questions.

You will also work closely with the outside sales team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
• Enter orders accurately in an efficient and timely manner.

  • • Answer customer account-related inquiries over the phone and via email.
  • • Solicit repeat orders from current accounts while supporting new account creation.
  • • Support the outside sales team with customer quotes and inquiries.
  • • Answer technical questions and troubleshoot problems.
  • • Build lasting and meaningful relationships with customers.
  • • Work with cross-functional teams to manage timely order execution from order entry to delivery of goods.
    • Work in the ERP and CRM systems to manage daily duties.
    • Process payments and conduct clerical support surrounding invoicing and order tracking.
  • • Complete and file required documentation.
  • • Collaborate on sales and marketing projects from time to time.

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications
    • Post-secondary education; business or communications preferred.

  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • • Conversational proficiency in French.
  • • Experience working with ERP systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • • Outgoing with excellent communication skills; comfortable conversing by phone and email.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working in sales, customer service, and/or marketing.

  • • Experience in water purification or related industry.
  • • Familiarity with B2B sales environments.
