Inside Sales Representative

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Develop new and incremental revenue by proactively engaging existing, dormant and prospective customers through disciplined outbound sales activity. This is a sales-driven, high-energy role responsible for generating qualified opportunities, developing customer relationships remotely and maintaining exceptional CRM discipline.

• Prospect new customers through outbound calling and business development.
• Re-engage inactive customers and grow existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales opportunities in Hub Spot CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Achieve sales activity and growth objectives.

• College diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant B2B industrial sales experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
