Position: Guelph Business Development Coordinator Role
RWDI in Guelph, ON, is searching for a Business Development Coordinator to enhance client engagement and support sales efforts in a full-time, permanent position. Embrace a dynamic role focusing on relationship-building and sales execution.

Your key function will involve collaborating closely with the Project Delivery Manager to craft sales plans that align with regional goals. You will also build relationships with clients, coordinate events, and use CRM to maintain active engagements. This role requires ingenuity and a proactive approach to market trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement regional sales budget to prioritize activities

• Facilitate and track regional client events and meetings

• Execute marketing trips and manage CRM follow-ups

• Research and identify new market opportunities

• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business

• Minimum of 2 years in business development within AEC or B2B sectors

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
