Primary Duties
- Scout fields to assess crop health and identify any issues affecting growth.
- Collect soil samples to provide recommendations for crop management.
- Work closely with growers regarding best practices for maximum harvest.
- Utilize tools for various tasks related to crop monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of scouting activities and findings for reporting purposes.
- Maintain program requirements and annual reconciliations.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Valid Class G driver’s license (required)
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Strong background or interest in agriculture, particularly in crop management.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50lbs).
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with farmers and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn internal company systems and software
