Senior Field Technician Position at RWDI

RWDI seeks a Senior Field Technician for its Guelph, ON location. Engage in complex source emissions testing while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This full-time, permanent position combines hands-on fieldwork with client interaction and leadership duties. You will execute technical projects focused on air quality, ensure adherence to safety standards, and analyze emissions data. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on-site stack testing for emissions monitoring

• Oversee logistics and safety for field deployments

• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed

• Communicate project scope with clients and teams

• Mentor junior technicians effectively

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in air quality testing required

• Degree in Environmental Technology, Chemistry, or related field preferred

• Familiarity with EPA Source testing methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
