Our work spans the full project lifecycle, from baseline assessments and approvals through operations, offsetting, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on practical, science-based solutions. The Environmental Technician role will require you to have a keen eye on health and safety while leading field work. The following responsibilities will be in your domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading and undertaking field work to support various wildlife, aquatic, and marine based surveys by collecting high quality environmental data.
• Managing your crew’s safety, productivity, and quality while working in rugged outdoor conditions, which may include severe hot or cold weather, remote locations, working at night, navigating through thick vegetation, and swiftwater environments.
• Completing data management with adherence to Trinity Consultants Canada’s internal QA/QC processes.
• Organizing complex field logistics, including safety planning, crew scheduling, and field work plan development and execution.

• A diploma or
  
  B.Sc. in Biology or Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years of field work experience.
