Work within the collaborative Environmental Assets Group to provide vital support for diverse environmental projects. Engage in both fieldwork and administrative tasks, allowing you to develop expertise in environmental data management. This position offers a dynamic blend of outdoor activity and technical report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct groundwater quality sampling and collect data
• Assist environmental monitoring programs and investigations
• Manage environmental data using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Contribute to technical reports and related documentation
• Maintain comprehensive field notes and records
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Environmental Technology or related field
• Interest in environmental data analysis and field studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Access
• Willingness to perform physically demanding fieldwork
• Valid Ontario driver's license with vehicle access
