WM seeks a skilled 310T Mechanic to maintain and repair our diesel truck fleet in Mount-Forest. Ensure operational readiness and safety while providing top-notch service.

As a 310T Mechanic at WM, you will focus on inspecting and repairing vehicles and equipment that serve millions across North America. This role requires proficiencies in electrical, hydraulic, and brake systems, with a commitment to safety standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle electrical and hydraulic systems

• Repair suspension, brake, and air systems on equipment

• Estimate time and material costs for repairs

• Respond to emergency breakdown service calls

• Document parts usage and repair times accurately

Requirements:

• Licensed 310T Mechanic with 2 years of experience

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Ability to perform physical duties effectively

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical exam
