Join Linamar as a fully skilled Level 3 Millwright focused on mechanical maintenance. Tackle repair tasks across various systems and enhance facility operations efficiently.

As a Licensed Industrial Mechanical Millwright, you will perform maintenance on cranes, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems while adhering to lean initiatives. You'll utilize your 3-5 years of industrial repair experience to ensure optimal operations and support team projects. Training apprentices and assisting with installations will also be part of your role, contributing to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain facility systems per 5S and lean initiatives

• Conduct preventive maintenance on diverse equipment

• Fabricate and install necessary guards and shields

• Train apprentices and collaborate on projects

• Perform on-call duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Licensed as an Industrial Mechanical Millwright (443A)

• 3-5 years repair experience in an industrial environment

• Proficient in interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

• Basic welding and fabrication knowledge

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
