Location: Mount Forest
Position Overview
The 310T Mechanic position is a full‑time role at our Mount‑Forest Hauling site, responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel trucks and equipment that serve over 20 million customers across North America.
Pay and Benefits- Hourly pay: $50.50/h
- Sign‑on bonus: $10,000
- Relocation assistance: $10,000
- Tool allowance: $500 annually

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role is based in a repair/maintenance shop at the Mount‑Forest Hauling site.
Job Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
- Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
- Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct safety checks and document parts usage and repair times.
- Assist senior mechanics in project work.
- Review and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards.
- Licensed 310T Mechanic.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
